Overview
Duda is mostly used to build for someone else, which changes the requirement: the chatbot has to work without the client maintaining it. AI Chatbot learns the site’s own content, so it stays roughly right as that site changes.
Each site gets its own widget and its own enquiry stream, added as an embed — no per-client engineering, and nothing for the client to configure.
