Overview
Connect a spreadsheet and every finished conversation lands in it as one row — the date, the page the chat started on, the contact details the visitor left, and what they were actually asking about.
For a lot of small businesses that answers the CRM question outright. You get a sheet you can sort, filter and share, and nobody has to learn a second tool or pay for another subscription to see this week’s enquiries.
What you can do
These are the jobs the integration is built for.
Keep a living lead sheet
Every finished chat adds a row with the contact and the question behind it, so the list stays current without anyone exporting anything.
Sort and filter without another CRM
Use the spreadsheet tools your team already knows to group by page, filter by date, or flag the enquiries worth a call.
Hand the list to whoever works it
Share the sheet with sales or ops and they work from one place, with no extra logins to give out.
