Install Elfsight AI Chatbot from the WordPress plugin directory and answer visitors from the pages, posts and FAQs you already publish — without writing a script by hand.
The widget can sit on every page or only the ones you choose. Each conversation records where it started, so over a few weeks you see which posts raise questions your content has not answered yet.

Set up
Connection happens inside your AI Chatbot widget. Open the Integrations tab, pick this connector, and follow the steps shown there.
- Install Elfsight AI Chatbot from the WordPress plugin directory.
- Open the plugin settings in WordPress admin and sign in to Elfsight (or create an account).
- Build the knowledge base from your pages, files, text and Q&A; set role, instructions, look and actions.
- Copy the embed code and paste it into the plugin embed field.
- Choose which pages the chatbot runs on, then save and publish.
Connected apps and their status are listed in Integrations in your widget, where you can disconnect access at any time.
Requirements
- A WordPress site where you can install plugins.
- An Elfsight account to create and manage the AI Chatbot widget.
