Overview

Zapier connects AI Chatbot to several thousand other apps, which means anything missing from this catalogue is usually still reachable today.

The usual setups: a new contact into HubSpot, Pipedrive or Google Contacts; an email into Mailchimp or another list; a Slack message when a conversation finishes; a row in Airtable or Notion. You paste a connection token from the widget Integrations tab, then build the rest on the Zapier side without writing code.

Set up

Connection happens inside your AI Chatbot widget. Open the Integrations tab, pick this connector, and follow the steps shown there.

Open your AI Chatbot widget, go to the Integrations tab, and choose Zapier.
Copy the connection token shown there.
Create a Zap that starts from the AI Chatbot trigger and maps fields to your destination app.

Connected apps and their status are listed in Integrations in your widget, where you can disconnect access at any time.
