AI Chatbot for customer support

An AI customer support chatbot that answers from your own website content, around the clock, with no inbox to check. It flags what it could not answer.

Doing it yourself does not scale

You know the questions by heart. Opening hours. Do you do X. How much is Y. Where are you. Can I get it by Friday.

None of them are hard. All of them need answering, and they arrive while you are with a customer, driving, or asleep. Answer late and the person has usually gone somewhere that answered.

Hiring someone to sit on that is not proportionate. Ignoring it costs you the easy work.

Try it on your own website

Paste your website address and watch it build itself. It reads your pages, works out what your business does and drafts how it should speak — then you can ask it something about your own business and see what it says.

How the chatbot handles customer support

The AI Chatbot answers those questions itself, from what is already on your website.

It reads your pages, your files and anything else you give it, and replies within its own knowledge — so it is answering with your prices, your hours and your policies, not with a guess.

When something is outside what it knows, it does not invent an answer. It says so, and the gap shows up for you to fill. Add the missing information once and it can answer it from then on.

You never open an inbox. There is no queue waiting for you.

How knowledge and gaps work

What you set up, and what it works out itself

Setting up an AI Chatbot for customer support takes one input from you: your website address.

From there it writes its own role, collects your pages, and drafts how it should speak. What you add afterwards is optional:

  • Question and answer pairs for anything you want worded a specific way
  • Files it should read — price lists, terms, brochures
  • Conversation rules: what to always mention, what never to discuss, how to handle a complaint

Rules are written in plain sentences, the same way you would brief a new member of staff. The agent works out when they apply.

Where the results end up

Every conversation is saved with a short automatic summary, so you can see what people asked without reading the transcripts.

You also see which page of your site each conversation started on. Ten questions about delivery from the same product page usually means that page needs a sentence about delivery.

If you want the conversations elsewhere, they can go to your email when a chat ends, into a Google Sheet or through Zapier, or straight into your chat history and leads table.

Businesses that use it for this

Works for salons, shops, clinics, local trades, law firms, hotels and agencies — anywhere the owner is the one answering.
