Overview
Most enquiries are lost to latency, not disinterest. A Slack message when a new chat starts puts the alert in a channel the team already watches, so someone can jump in while the visitor is still there.
Connect your workspace under Integrations, pick the channel for new-chat alerts, and keep follow-up where the team already works — without opening a separate inbox for every conversation.
What you can do
These are the jobs the integration is built for.
Catch warm enquiries in minutes
Post to a channel as soon as a new chat starts.
Stay on top of new conversations
See new chats in Slack instead of checking a separate queue.
Keep the alert where the team already is
Route new-chat notifications to the channel people actually watch.
