What you get on WordPress for free

  • Does it work on this setup?

Yes — install the widget, connect knowledge, and publish. Platform-specific steps stay in the guides.

  • What does it answer from?

Your own site pages and the knowledge you upload — not a generic public model alone.

  • Can people still reach a human?

Hand-off and lead capture skills send conversations to your inbox when you want them.

Try it on your own WordPress site

Paste your website address and watch it build itself. It reads your pages, works out what your business does and drafts how it should speak — then you can ask it something about your own business and see what it says.
  1. 1. Enter your website
  2. 2. Create AI agent
  3. 3. Add to website

How to add it

Create the agent from your WordPress URL, then paste the snippet site-wide with a code-snippet plugin or the theme footer.

You do not need a paid plan to install it. The same WordPress install guide applies on Free as on any other plan.

How it behaves on WordPress

It reads pages and posts, including the ones Elementor built, and answers from that — not from a generic WordPress FAQ.

The widget is a snippet, so it does not care which theme you use and it does not add admin screens inside wp-admin. Conversations, leads and gaps live in the AI Chatbot dashboard, same as on any other platform.

Other free plugins

We keep the plugin comparisons on their own pages rather than summarising rivals here.

How AI Chatbot compares

The same AI Chatbot on any website

One widget, one snippet. Squarespace, Wix, WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, GoDaddy, Elementor, or plain HTML — pick another platform to see how it installs there.
